Located in Clinton, Maryland, R&F Metals is a family owned business with honest values and honest people. Founder and President, Roger Flynn, Sr., has been a fixture in the ornamental iron and miscellaneous metals industry for over 40 years. His knowledge and experience in the industry has helped shape R&F into the recognized leader it is today.

At R&F they understand the importance of responsible employees, the value of retaining quality employees, and the premium that needs to be placed on hard work, dedication and innovation.

Currently R&F's employees possess a wide variety of skills and expertise. One third of the employees have more than 15 years experience in the industry and at least ten years of employment with the company. These years of experience have enabled R&F to master their craft and provide quality products. They like to face challenges head on and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.
